Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Sinus Infection
Hi I have had a very bad sinus infection with a persistent cough and have taken multiple antibiotics and nothing worked so I had sinus surgery. The surgery was three weeks age and my sinuses have cleared up for the most part but now I still have the cough with stabbing pain under and on the sides of my breast which alternate sides. Can you explain the pain and what can I do about it and don t suggest stop coughing because I can t seem to do that either
To get an x ray chest done, start on antacids and expectorant imm. Pain can be due to inflammation or neurogenic in nature due to pleuritic changes. Rule out tuberculosis also. For a while u can take cough suppressant to five relief to your lungs but long run no- have to go to the root cause of infection and cure it
