Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough, Back Pain And Fatigue
I have a friend who is being seen by a doctor but has not been diagnosed. He has been out of work for three weeks and still cannot work, his symptoms are as follows; Pain in back and chest especially when coughing, which is regularly Cannot walk more than 100 feet without becoming too tired Cannot remain in one position for more than 5 minutes without feeling pain and having to adjust his position
Here as per history he should be examined and his work up done as follow..... -Auscultation -CBC -EKG -HB estimation -Blood pressure measurement -Echo if needed
According to cause further specific treatment given
If he is having anemia than also ischemic symptom can occur so treated accordingly
If embolism or any other cardiac cause present than according to diagnosis treatment given
Take care
Consult physician or cardiologist for examination and further work up accordingly
