Hello
As you mentioned in the query , the possibility may be asthmatic allergic bronchitis .
While your doctor advise you forair that is an anti allergic with bronchodilator.
So other reasons in your case may be :
1 Allergic bronchitis .
2 Bronchiectasis .
When such type of patient visit , I advise my patient to take montelukast+bambuterol combination ( usual dose is one tablet once in a day ).
Since this is a prescription drug ,so you must consult a physician .
Beside avoid , dust , mite , hay ,fine dusting powder, smoke .
Hot coffee also help in such type of cases .
If bone in the nose is deviated , consult an ENT and get his opinion.
Good luck.
