Suggest Treatment For Persistent Coughs And Bronchitis

Hello, I have been coughing and bringing up my food and drinks. Certain smells cause me to go into coughing attacks. I been to the doctor and was given cough medicine and infection pills 7 day pack; the cough still won t go away. I think I may have acid reflex again and someone said I may have a case of bronchitis. what do you suggest.
