Suggest Treatment For Persistent Depression And Mood Swings
Hi I think I might be depressed only reason I say this is because everyday that I wake up I feel like I want to die and that I m never happy and I m always alone I have a lot of problems I cut myself and I m always telling myself that nobody cares about me or what I have to say I have a lot to say but no one to say it to you I m literally always alone I just I need help I need some to understand that s all thank you
persistent depression and mood swings and the history you have given,I would suggest you to visit a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist, counselling is the best way to come out of it.You can definitely talk to them about what is bothering you and they will help you through this. Its always a good thing if you are feeling lonely talk to someone,if you dont have friends nearby or family with you.then talking to a psychiatrist is always a good option.Doing daily exercise and meditation also helps,it takes time.Do things that bring happiness to you,try to ignore things that are not important.Think positive no matter what the situation is.For every problem there is solution.Life is beautiful just change the way you see at it,am sure you can do it.
