Hi,

First of all. U should always mention the age of the child so it's easy to correlate. Yes. Persistent diarrhea is the term used if it's for more than 14 days. Your child is having acute diarrhea which can be viral in origin. If the mucous is a lot, you can send a stool routine before u start antibiotics.

You can continue with enterogermina sachet and Zincovit. You can also continue with the same diet but avoid fruit juices and glucose water. You can start with syp CEFIXIME. I need to know the age and weight of the child to tell you the dosing.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
