Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea When Diagnosed With GERD

Hi. I have been having issues for 3 weeks now with constant diarhea. In the beginning it was whatever I ate, and even Immodium wasn t helping. At first I figured it was definitely a gastrointestinal thing, but why is it still continuing ? I am afraid to eat veggies, or most anything except carbs, which isn t healthy I used to have Gerd and weaned myself off the Omeprezole about 10 months ago. I am now starting to hear and feel like a gassy gurgle noise in my stomach after eating. Small bits of acid reflux seems to be coming back too.

Hi thank you for asking question in health care magic

Here you are having acute gastroenteritis infection of digestive tract....

I recommend you to consult physician for examination and get your prescription accordingly...

You will be given omperazole capsule along with antibiotic course....
Oson O or simple ciprofloxacin given empirically for it's full course

If no improvement than stool examination done to rule out parasitic egg or trophozoites if present... If needed than albendazole or ivermectin like drug given..

Maintain hydration...

Small meal taken with frequent interval..

Avoid excess spicy foods. ...

Probiotic tablet also given..
