Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness

I have had dizziness for 3 weeks - today was really severe - under treatment by a therapist at Watson Clinic who states my condition is inner ear related - caused by crystals forming in ear - the only medicine I have been taking is McLesine but it is not good for dizziness, only nausea so no help - What medicine would help alleiviate my dizziness? I had a CATV which showed no blockages or Anurysm

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with persistent dizziness with a diagnosed inner Ear disorder following a negative Aneurysm and blockage with CATV I will suggest possible Acute vestibulitis with anaemia (lack of blood)

In view of this please do a complete blood count and see another ENT specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug treatment

I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
