General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Conditions like autoimmune disorders have to be ruled out. As of now you can artificial tear drops and HPMC drops for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
