Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dull Pain After Surgery
Hello, i have had surgery for a varicocele in the past. Left side. A few days ago, there was a dull ache again which has progressively gotten worse. I went to the ER and after ultrasound i have another varicocele. Tonight after ejaculation the left spermatic cord became pretty painful, 5or6/ 10 and i can feel discomfort all the way up the cord into my upper pubic region. I dont have an appointment with the urologist for a month but i think i need more immediate care, what should i do?

It is just a postoperative pain.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
