Suggest Treatment For Persistent Elevation In BP Levels

My blood pressure has been high for a few weeks. Just went to the dentist and it was 197/117. Took it again when I got home and it was 197/79. We just moved to a new state and I have not been able to find a doctor. What should I do? Should I go to urgent care?
