Suggest Treatment For Persistent Eye Itching

HI. For the past few years, i have had extreme itching in my eyes. I have small eyelashes that I have been plucking for years in the inside corners. Also the caruncle has tiny hairs. If I don t pluck them, they irritate me to the point of being miserable. I do this a couple of times a week. The caruncle stays swollen and itches so badly. Please help. What do I do.
