Very likely your symptoms are due to stress or depression and sometimes fibromyalgia is a possible cause of widespread pains, but some tests might be good to be done to rule out important conditions. You can have CBC, ERS and TSH tests first. According to the results of these tests, the doctor may decide on a possible course of action or may ask for further tests. If all comes out normal, then you may start SSRI drugs and some psychotherapy. A healthy lifestyle with no smoking, no alcohol, little or no coffee or energy drinks, being active and having plenty of fruit and vegetables is helpful as well.
I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
