Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever And Cough

my 9 year old daughter has been sick for over a week. Sore throat, fever of 103, stomach ache, coughing. Was put on amoxicillin on Thursday for possible strep even though culture came back negative. Fever went away Thursday night and came back Saturday. She is very sick. What could it be?
