Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fever In A Child

Hi my 6 yr old daughter started running a fever in the night last night. around 102 temp. My wife gave her Ibuprophen and it brought it down. She also complained of headache and her eyes hurt. She hasnt felt very good most of the day and taken in little liquids. This evening her fever is up and Ibuprophen was not bringing it down much. We gave additional Tylenol. She is very restless as her headache is bad.

Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated. You can continue Tylenol. Antibiotics can be started empirically.
