After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
There is likely possibility of lower
respiratory tract infection in you.
As you have symptoms from 3 to 4 weeks and already on 2nd course of antibiotics you need further evaluation for bacteriological diagnosis.
Possibility of Tuberculosis (TB) should be ruled out on priority.
I would like to advise you -
1) Consult your physician for detailed clinical examinations.
2) Following test help in diagnosis
-
Complete blood count.
- ESR.
- Tuberculin test.
- Chest Xray.
- Sputum Examination for gram stain, Zn stain (for TB)

Sputum culture and sensitivity.
- If required Sputum for KOH mount (for
fungal infection).

Ultrasonography of the and pelvis.
Till that time continue your antibiotics as currently taking.
