Hello Sir

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I can certainly understand your concern and worked through your query in detail.

Stool abnormalities are coming in individuals with hemorrhoids.

Leakage can be due to coexisting sphincter incontinence.

Sciatica requires surgical intervention at the earliest based on MRI scan for assessment of severity of nerve compression.

These stool changes can be reversed after correction of hemorrhoids.

Associated Sphincter disturbances should be additionally corrected if present.

The degree of hemorrhoids have to assessed as a preliminary management.

Internal hemorrhoids ate more likely associated with stool leakage than external hemorrhoids.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
