Sometimes it feels like I have chills and a fever but have not taken my temp.Today I woke up and have tender swollen glands in my groin area. Other than that I ve been functioning and working and with Advil, I sleep ok.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on the symptoms mentioned, it is possible that you have a viral infection though bacterial infections is also possible
These commonly cause headache, fatigue, malaise, aches and pains, fever.

Infections can also cause enlargement of the lymph nodes (glands) as well though these usually enlarge near the source of the infection. You may need to note if there are any skin rashes in the area or urinary symptoms that need assessment.

If present, you should consider seeing your doctor.

If none are present then you can consider continuing your present course of treatment and monitoring for any changes.

I hope this helps
