Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches

Hi there i would like your diagnosus on whether there is something serious, I have been doing very hard work outside and for about three months my headaches have been bad since i started work then they went away then about two weeks later they have come back and are worse and painkillers arent working as well, i have been extremley tired after work

Your detail history and physical examination done to reach up to diagnosis ....

Investigate with .. .
-CRP
-CBC
-Ear examination
-Blood pressure measurement etc...

By outside travelling if cold there or ear infection than reffered headache can occur. .
If congestion present than decongestent needed

If headache unilateral and throbbing with nausea or intolerance to loud noise than migraine can be there for which rizatriptan given...

Lack of sleep , irregular meal also can be cause ...

If still no cause identified than it could be tension or stress headache ....

Advise : Physician consultation for examination and subsequent management
