Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Early morning headache may be due to a migraine or a tension headache or a sinus headache or Infection or sleep apnea. Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet. Naprosyn twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
