Suggest Treatment For Persistent Heart Palpitations

Since past 1.5 yrs I am observing little abnormality in my chest area. I feel like palpitation in normal situations. This usually starts during 2nd half of the day. When I consulted the doctors they said BP is normal, pulse is fine, Echo and ECG is also normal. When I seelp for 10 to 12 hrs a day for 3 to 4 days, I get absolutely fine. Please let me know if this is a matter of concern

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

When the ECG and echo is normal , additional work up with electrolyte disturbances and electro-physiologic work up above the said investigations is must where there can be subtle changes underlying heart purkinjee system or bundle of his, not reflected over the ECG.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
