Suggest Treatment For Persistent Hemorrhoids
Hello, I am in need of some help dealing with very persistent hemorrhoids, I have had pretty much every over the counter thing possible and nothing works, I have also had Proctosol..any recommendations for help are greatly appreciated. They have been persistent and consistent for a year or so, with no breaks from the pain/itch

The right treatment depends on type and stage of the disease. Initially it can be treated with dietary changes by having high fibre diet with lot of fluids and make your stool soft. There are supplements such as Psilium and Detralex which may help as well. Also, you should use "Sitz baths". In stages 3 and 4 it can be treated with rubber ligation or sclerosation and in severe stages, the surgery is recommended.
