General & Family Physician 's  Response
Any female with irregular periods has to be checked for Hb%,CBC,harmone levels and USG scan to rule out PCOD. Based on your beta hcg levels it is unlikely that you are pregnant. in addition to irregular periods do you have excessive facial hair and darkening of skin in arm pits and around neck ,any weight gain, excessive pimples these are all to be checked.to maintain regular periods you have to have healthy balanced diet with less oily food an daily exercise and body weight should be maintained near ideal range and along with this you need to consult a qualified gynaecologist who can suggest required investigations and based on the result required medications.
