Suggest Treatment For Persistent Itching Between Thighs And Scrotum

I have skin allergic problem for a very long time. Facing itching between my thighs and scrotum area. Consulted 2 - 3 doctors. All said its due to fungus and given medicine. I feel better while taking medicine. If i finished the medicine course, facing problem again. I am taking the following medicines for the skin allergy. Gaitsderm (dimethicone, light kaoline & zinc ointment), teczine 5mg tablet. No problem during intake and if stop the medicine, then I am facing problem. Pls advise me to get relief from this problem.

Hello,

Along with this medication, try wearing loose fitted garments and don't keep your body wet. After bath, dry your body thoroughly and don't keep the area sweaty. This will work along with your ointments for a longer period of time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
