Suggest Treatment For Persistent Itchy Rashes On The Arms Of A Teenager

My 17 year old daughter has been having severe or server all days. Some days there has been no rash, but the rash had been mild and would disappear over time. This morning she had mild itching and no rash. She now has severe itching all over her body and has welts all over her back, chest, and belly. She has been taking topomax 25mg/day and celexa 10 mg/day until a few days ago when here dosage was raised to 50 mg/day on topomac and 30 mg/day on Celexa. She has only had 20 mg of celexa so far today.
