Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Have been running low grade fever for 7 days. It will spike then go to normal everyday. It is normal or very low grade in the morning then come evening it spikes. I went to a Dr. five days ago and tested negative for flu. Dr. thought to be stomach and other viral. Only symptoms are arms, legs and abdomen sensitive to touch. Some cramping, migraines, stiff and sore neck, parts of the day ear aches. I have chronic migraines but I can tell this is different. I have been able to control the migraines quite well until the last two weeks. I unfortunately am on vacation and can not visit my dr. again. I am exhausted from the constant discomfort and pain. Which them makes me emotional. Thanks for any help or advice.
Possible issue with malaria most likely as there are spikes of fever with second possibility of bacterial otitis media. Kindly get a complete blood count report done and do follow up with the results.
