Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Back And Knee Pain

Hi, 1. When I don t wear knee warmers on my knees and long jacket to protect my lower back in colder weather (50 F for instance) those parts get sick and pain quickly spreads to other joints (i take ibuprofen for this). 2. I have to wear a hat and hoodies to protect my head in colder weather. With no hat I get sick immediately . It has of a cold but it last forever. By now I know that flonase and claritin help to get rid of this. 3. At winter time when I am well dressed , and spending some time inside where is warm, I get very dizzy and lightheaded . I have to take off my jacket so I wouldn t faint. Can you tell me what is going on with me? thank you Liam

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
