Suggest Treatment For Persistent Lower Left Back Pain

18 year old female with perisitent lower left back pain. 5/10 in intensity. have been ruled out multiple times for uti, labs normal. kidney u/s normal kub showed retained stool but has since been cleaned out. what next? scheduled for pelvic u/s what if this is normal too?

Hi.Can understand your concern..As per your query persistant low back pain in left side can also be due to deficiency of Calcium and Vitamin D,nerve entrapment in lumbar vertebrae or prolapse of disc et...It can be confirmed with investigationslike XRay and MRI. I suggest you to consult a orthopaedic doctor for proper evaluation and medication..You should do mild exercises of thigh,back and hips to get relief.Take calcium and multivitamin supplements regularly .I hope the information helps you.You are welcome to have any further query on HCM.Take care.
