Hello,

You are suffering from persistent muscle pain in the elbow, wrist, knuckles and hand. Your Lab reports are normal. Medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are sprained wrist, biceps tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow. Certain vitamin deficiencies cause muscle pain. Take food rich in vitamin B and C, and the fat-soluble vitamins D and K.

You can also take supplements containing B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), and B12 (cobalamin). In case you are detected with carpal tunnel syndrome, corrective exercises will help. Get clinically examined by a GP or Orthopedics, you may be recommended braces or splints to rest the wrist for relief.

Adjustments can be made so that you will be able to perform your daily activities more comfortably. Bicep tendinitis can be treated non-surgically by rest, icing the area, soft tissue massage and by physical therapy. Get examined, you will be treated accordingly. In the meantime to get rid of pain you can take anti inflammatory medicine, one stat when needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
