Suggest Treatment For Persistent Nausea And Headaches
Every now and again for the past few days, I have been feeling very nauseated, like I m going to pass out, bloated and gassy and have been getting headaches. I thought I could potentially be pregnant as my partner and I had unprotected sex in the time of my ovulation period. However, the test came back negative. I m beginning to worry it was a false negative and I tested too early (tested a week after)

Since you tested home pregnancy at right time , so there is no chance of any fault. However, all these symptoms may be due to hyper acidity or gastritis , so take pantoprazole-d, once or twice in day for relief.
Other possibility of such symptoms may be due to tension or stress .Still after 3-4 days you can get another home pregnancy test for confirmation .
Avoid fried , spiced , greasy , pizza, burger ,as these are also causes hyper acidity ( main cause of nausea , dizziness ).

I read your query carefully.
As per details there can be chances of pregnancy as you are sexually active.
It took atleast 10 days of urine pregnancy test to come positive.
I would suggest you to wait for few days and then do urine pregnancy test at home.
If you are really concern about it,
I would advise you to go for Serum Beta HCG test as it gives result within few days of conception.
Then go for Ultrasound and rule out pregnancy.
Incase of positive results, I would advise you Consult Gynaecologist.
Take healthy balanced diet.
Start folic acid for first three months in case of pregnancy.
