Hello,
In my opinion, the nausea is due to secondary cause. This means, there is need of proper investigation of the other pathologies, if any. First, there is need to investigate the lump in the throat. Then, if it is negative, then, we can go for abnormalities or symptoms of
menstruation. May be both the conditions are present. So, before I declare anything, there is need to investigate.
The following tests to be done:
1.
Endoscopy for proper exposure of the lump, if any.
2. Complete Blood Tests
3. Blood level of Estrogen and
Progesterone on the Day 2 of your next menstrual cycle.
4.
Thyroid Function Tests (T3, T4, TSH)
Meanwhile, you can also take the following medications:
1. For nausea,
Ondansetron or Promethazine
I would also like to know:
1. Your menstrual history like how was the pattern of menstruation in the last few months.
2. Is there any pain other than bleeding days and during the bleeding days, how much is the pain?
3. How much bleeding occurs due to the bleeding days?
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
