Suggest Treatment For Persistent Neck Pain

I went to the Chiropractor this morning because I was having really bad neck pain - pain that went up into the back of my head. He gave me an adjustment, however, I am still in some pain and was wondering if it was okay to take Hydrocodon Acetomenaphine along with Ibuprofen. I took 600 mg of Ibuprofen this morning at 7:00 am and then took another 200 mg at about 10:00 am. Am I okay to take the Hydrocodon?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can either take ibuprofen or hydrocodone tablet at a time. Alternate them once ibuprofen and the other time hydrocodone. Use them at least 3 hours apart from each other.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
