Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In Lower Back
I am having pain in my lower back from the left side to the right side.I believe it is sciatica. I was taking I B profen and it helped but now that does not even help.sitting its a bit better laying on a flat surface also helps Need to get rid of this ASAP
Hi with details you have written , your pain is not sciatica , it is called lumbago. In my opinion you should take pain killers , muscle relaxants and physiotherapy. Avoid heavy weight lifting , forward bending and prolonged sitting. If there is no relief in one week, go for MRI Back.
