General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think it is not vaginal bleeding since it is not on the pad but just in the urine. Possibly you may be suffering from kidney stones or infection. You should do an ultrasound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
