Thank you for your question
Your chest pain is due to coronary arteries athrroslerosis. Blocked vessels of the heart since you have had open heart surgery and stands.
You need close follow up by a doctor preferably cardiologist.
Investigations
1. Chest X ray. check the condition of the heart
2. ECG check for arrthymias
3. cardiac enzymes.
4. D dimmers
5. Lipid profiles (Cholesteral)
Treatment
This will depend on the out come.
Pain killers are very important. Asprin based for thining blood.
As above consult cardiologist.
