Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Hip And Groin Area

Over the last 6 months I get pain in my right hip, groin and lower intestine in that area around the hip. It is worse sitting down and on the exercise bike. Some days it is fine other days it s not. It s like the pain moves around. When I wake in the morning there is no pain? I had a spinal fusion, lower back 17 years ago.

Hi,

This could be due to nerve compression and also could be due to the bone involvement. You need a proper examination to find the cause.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
