General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Post abortion, sometimes there are retained products of conception in the uterus which can lead to pain. Moreover, urinary infection can also cause pain. Please discuss these conditions with your doctor. You will require urine culture test and ultrasonography of abdomen to diagnose it correctly. Treatment is easy for both.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
