Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain In The Neck

Hi Im having pains in my neck. Its very uncomfortable to turn a certain way and sometimes it will get stiff to where i cant move it. I initially thought it was an injury from weights but it has lasted for a couple months now even after taking time off from the gym.
