Suggest Treatment For Persistent Pain

I have a chronic issue from a surgery on my L4,L5S1 and I see a pain mamangement Dr, they did a blood test on me and my blood work came back that my B12, maybe 6 can t remember, calcium, and a couple of other things were way out of range and I needed to see my primary care physician , well I don t really have one and I m trying to decide how serious this might be?

This could be very very serious as deficiency of vitamin B12 is one of the most common causes of degeneration of the spinal cord.
