General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably amoxclav. You can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. In severe cases a throat swab may be required to confirm the diagnosis.
Thanks
