Suggest Treatment For Persistent Phimosis

Hi, I m a 41 yr old male with persistent phimosis which I ve had before but went. I m type 2 diabetic, secondary hypogonadism, and psoriatic arthropathy, depression and anxiety too so on a plethora of meds. I ve not respondedto the 150mg one off fluconazole, which I ve tried twice, nor dakacort cream which burned me. Sudocrem eased pain, but nothing else.. Canesten HC seems useless also. I m on TRT comprising of testosterone, anastrozole and proviron. YOU ARE A CUNT Any help much appreciated, Thanks, Dave

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for asking question.

Skin over glans penis examined.
If red then chronic balanitis could be cause.
If lesion itchy and looks like fungal then antifungal drug need otherwise no need for using it....

In initial stage of phimosis Steroid cream can be tried...
But if phimosis advanced and not retracted and yes also painful in your case then surgical treatment done....
Circumcusion with release of frenulum is minor surgery for it...It is simple surgery that can be done by surgeon....

Hope your concern solved...

Take care...
