Suggest Treatment For Persistent Rash On The Legs

I have a patient who has had a rash on legs for approximately 6 months. It does not itch. She has used a variety of corticosteroids and I believe antibiotic topicals. She also had a biopsy done that did not show anything of concern. Her dermatologist told her that he did not know what it was and that she would just have to wait for it to go away. She says she has not changed anything that she uses. I m not sure how to help her. thanks, Alisa

Hello,

The most important thing that the biopsy is negative than in such situations we recommend to stop all the medications she or he is taking. Re-evaluate again chronic diseases if he already has and just wait. You don’t have a lot to do now.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
