General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Here, these semi solid bowel movements 4 to 5 times a day do not seem to be diarrhoea.

As the character and consistency of stool is more important than the frequency.

Also,it does seem to be due to infective cause here, so do not give any unnecessary antibiotics because the routine stool and ultraoscan came to normal

You can give prebiotics and probiotics available over the counter with initially soft and light diet.

No need to worry it will be subsided by change of diet and few medications.

Consult your GP for further advice.
Regards,
