Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sharp Pain In The Shoulders
I have a sharp pain in the top of my shoulder and slightly up my next on the right on the back top of my right shoulder. This came on suddenly and could be due to my dog pulling on my arm that was holding his leash or perhaps mopping the floors that evening. It hurts through most of the range of motion. Is it just a muscle pull or could I have separated something

It looks like a muscle pull which is causing persistent pain. However, i would advise you to undergo an MRI of shoulder if pain does not decrease in 1 week time.
