Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi! I have had a consistent sore throat for over a month now. Not sore like strep, or mono.(Tested negative for those) Just a dull annoying ache. Always. Mainly on right side. My neck feels a little tight too.(Right side) Jaw seems tender and sometimes I get random pain up to my right ear. Did a thyroid scan and that is clear. Although it is a little overactive. I am 28 and still have my wisdom teeth. They are partially visible but have never gave me any trouble. I have noticed 5 small white little sacks...almost like a white head....on the inner cheek near it AND on the gum behing it where its protruding. Is this an infection of my tooth?
It is mostly due to some throat infection for which you can take antibiotic like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for fever and sore throat. Take syrup grilinctus-bm or bro-zedex for soothing of your throat. Do warm water gargles, take steam inhalation and nebulization with salbutamol.
