Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sore Throat

I have had a worsening soreness in the back of my throat over the past 3 days. With two canker sores on the left side although they had been there prior to this for a month and are just indents now. It is to the point that swallowing with no food is painfull but with food it suprisingly helps. The only other symptom is a swelling feel an inch below both my ears where the jaw curves upward.

HI
Well come to HCM
Your query is appreciated, if this is the infection state of boils then it may be associated with inflammation and this could be the cause of pain that you have if it is the deep seated infection then it may take some time to come around even may have referred type of pain in surrounding areas, I would suggest to treat this condition with Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice in day, dose need to be taken according to weight, once the infection cures it will be fine soon hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
