Suggest Treatment For Persistent Stomach Pain

Hi. I have been having stomach pain for a month now.maybe due to neurofen... Hpilori test negative . Blood test negative. On essomeprazol 40mgx2 syill in a lot of pain. Codeine doesnt help. Please help me how can i stop this pain. Ultrasound to be done on Monday. In hospital last night. Would you suggest spasfon? Ok with essomeprazol?

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
