Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vaginal Spotting

I m very sick and started losing my voice earlier today. I went to the toilet and four a spot of blood on my underwear. I m not sure it s my period because I normally get it every 4/5 weeks and the last one ended 2 weeks ago. Do you have any idea why I m getting it?

I really appreciate your concern, if you found some blood spots in under garments then this could be due to menses only, and this could be due irregular menses, if this is in stool then it ought to be stained the stool later on too and there could be some clinical symptoms, in my opinion this is just nothing to worry and every thing would be fine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
