Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vaginal Yeast Infection

I have a vaginal yeast infection that will NOT go away! I have had them before when I was younger, my doctor gave me the single dose medication Fluconazole. It has been three days and itching and burning continues! I am using Vagisil cream but it doesn t seem to help!
