Hi
Viral infections general have no cure but when symptoms are controlled, you can be ok.Loss of appetite is common with most infections and if nothing is done both medically and psychologically on your part, you may develop gastritis.Generally, anti-secretories and antacids will help to relief you of your symptoms. However, the underlying cause remains going for long on an empty stomach because of loss of appetite.I will suggest you get an appetizer like Trimetabol. You will need to take your drugs while doing all to start eating normally.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
